Upon becoming a Collaborator, Saladin will contact you to schedule online training sessions covering non-life insurance knowledge, the customer connection process, and essential "sales" tips, guided and shared by experienced professionals in the insurance industry. The training program is completely free.
You can also proactively request training courses based on your needs for Saladin to arrange by filling out the "Training Needs Survey" form, or register for training classes on Saladin's fixed schedule via the "Register for Upcoming Training Classes" form.
Additionally, you can access the "Academy" section on the Saladin Pro website or the Saladin Pro App to self-learn more about insurance, view guides on using the Saladin Pro platform, review training videos, and explore other resources prepared for you by the Saladin team.
